Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 6 HVAC System Designers to support an HVAC customer in support of their commercial customer with locations in downtown Indianapolis and Lebanon, IN. These employees will spend time between Indianapolis locations and Lebanon pharmaceutical customer locations reviewing their HVAC equipment in accordance to a sequence of operation. They will make sure the software is interacting correctly as well and report back to engineers if changes need to be made. Will then verify, test, and commission the job in the end. Need to be able to pass an extensive, customer required background check.

Required Skills & Experience

-Knows the ins and outs of commercial HVAC systems and how they work
-Interest in learning the software programming side of HVAC controls (building automation system)
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical and/or electrical drawings, sequences of operation
-Ability to run HVAC equipment through a serious of tests, point to point checks ensuring software and hardware are acting in accordance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Metasys familiarity (JCI proprietary BAS/BMS)
