Document current state analytics footprint at client for alignment and potential repurpose of current initiatives
Collaboratively identify prioritized data sources aligned with business use cases aligned with the client's Department of Data (DoD) and relevant business stakeholders
Specifically identify MVP use case(s) and develop backlog of strategy-aligned work items beyond the initial MVP
Build out the data strategy roadmap and communication plan for same
