A large leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking an Associate Project Manager to work onsite with their commercial clients. This PM will be responsible for train and assist in project planning, cost estimation and related scope control. Learn to assess, prioritize and mitigate project risks. Responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Primary functions for this role:
-Overseeing the coordination and administration of between 20-40 active projects
-Releasing materials, invoicing in a timely manner, and being the point of contact for any administrative issues that arise on a daily basis from stakeholders
-Having all notes and statuses up to date for weekly Work in Progress meetings with external stakeholders, and prepared to discuss these in a stand up meeting
-Leading a daily rundown meeting with internal stakeholders
- Under direct supervision, coordinates small projects or phases of larger projects.

- 1-3+ years of related PM experience in any industry
- Proficient mathematical skills as this roll calls for running numbers and calculations often
- Great excel skills
- Really good at documentation and possessing good communication
- Associates or Bachelors
- salesforce experience (they will use this to book things through)
