One of Insight Global's Networking clients is looking for a Network Engineer who will help with overall Global Infrastructure support for their Global Enterprise end-client. This person will be responsible for operational support, including service level agreement incidents and end-user incidents. These incidents could be issues with the products they're using, what the trouble tickets are feeding, or could come through email from the customer, so this person will need to have had the experience necessary to step in and not only troubleshoot the tickets but have the knowledge of the products being worked on and use that knowledge to diagnose core issues and provide an over-arching, multi later operational support. They will also be supporting and interacting with third-party vendors to troubleshoot their issues within the enterprise.

Must understand network routing and switching, and be able to perform configuration, virtual routing, and device management. Cisco certifications are a plus (non-expired).
Will provide Cisco network design and implementation support to include all aspects of routing, switching, and security architecture.
Must have knowledge and hands on experience with F5, APM, LTM, ADM is helpful.
Must have experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, Netskope routing and switching.
Must have experience with network monitoring and management leveraging SolarWinds and Prime
Must have knowledge and experience with WAN Encryption routers in a Hub/Spoke environment.
Will perform firewall (FirePower using ASA Code), rule translation, conversion, clean-up, implementation, and testing support are a plus.
