- 5+ years Desktop Support experience within a Windows environment
- Strong troubleshooting and break/fix support
- Troubleshooting software applications and software support
- ServiceNow ticketing System or other platform
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Azure knowledge/exposure
