Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Electrical Engineer to support a large client in Indianapolis, IN. The Sr. Electrical Engineer should have a strong understanding of high level electrical systems in the digital embedded realm and know how to take existing systems or COTS systems, modifying them, and putting them back together. They will start each day with stand-up meetings to go over roadblocks and the current tasking they are working on. Beyond that the EE will be at the lab or their computer, coming up with designs, looking through specs or data sheets of certain parts and coming up with a plan to integrate them together and then getting them in house, going to the lab, putting them together, power them up, testing them, writing some software script, etc. This candidate will be working on fast paced and high visibility projects so working with minimal guidance and problem solving is key to success.

* 8+ years experience in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Design
* Bachelor's Degree in STEM
* DOD or Aerospace or military background
* Ability to obtain a secret clearance
