IT Project Manager/Business Analyst

Overview:

Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to assist one of our Energy/Utility clients within their IT department. This is a newly created position so this individual will play a huge role in the creation and implementation of this role. While road mapping the day to day and responsibilites of IT project management, majority of the first year will be spent as a business analyst working with all functions of the company.



Day to Day:

* Support projects through the entire lifecycle (planning, execution, and closure), ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

* Project types of applications, infrastructure, network, and more

* Create, manage, and report on detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

* 80% of first year will be spent as business analyst

Must Haves:

* 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager

* PMP certification

* Continuous learner and desire to obtain multiple certifications and attend multiple trainings
