Job Description

This Director of HR will join a well-established global growth (organic & M&A) stage SaaS company. We are looking for a motivated player/coach leader to join our existing HR Manager in helping grow and lead the talent side of our business. As the Director of Human Resources, you will lead the HR functions by ensuring that we continue to attract, retain, and develop extraordinary talent.



As a cultural ambassador, you will partner with the leadership team to drive a positive and inspiring culture, all while developing and implementing human resources policies, programs, and practices. A key champion of the company's culture, this role helps make the company a great place to work.

Required Skills & Experience

-Professional experience in related human resources position.

-Previous management and leadership experience.

-Has helped work through a merger and acquisition in the past.

-Has previously worked for a SaaS or technology based company

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Experience working in the GovTech industry

o SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.

o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

o General knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources Management as well as employment laws in the UK in addition to the US.

o Recent experience in HR compliance related functions.

o Has played a key role in the strategic design of companywide initiatives ex: DE&I hiring, mergers, or cultural initiatives.
