The Service Desk Support Analyst plays a crucial role in IT service management. Responsibilities include:
Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets.
Resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Installing and configuring software to meet end-user needs.
Escalating serious problems to relevant departments and teams.
Ensuring optimal network performance2.

* At least 1 year of experience with computer troubleshooting and break/fix support
o No more than 4 years of experience
* Strong experience w/ troubleshooting software applications and software support
* Strong helpdesk ticket support experience
* Strong end-user support and customer service skills
