Job Description

Our client is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to help plan and deliver timelines for a hardware refresh project until the end of April. This person will have to have excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills to properly keep track of all assets both old and new.

Required Skills & Experience

Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop a comprehensive project plan for the PC refresh across all locations, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Create a detailed schedule for PC deployments, accounting for employee availability and minimizing downtime.
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and legal teams to ensure project alignment with firm-wide needs.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the central point of contact for all PC refresh communication, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and potential roadblocks.
Manage communication with employees across different locations, scheduling deployment windows and providing clear instructions.
Facilitate communication between internal teams (IT, facilities), external vendors, and legal teams.
Logistics & Management:
Coordinate logistics for hardware delivery, old PC collection, and data migration across all locations.
Develop and manage a system for tracking equipment throughout the refresh process.
Manage budget allocations for the project and monitor expenses.
Support & Training:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to prepare employees for new PCs and software.
Assist IT support teams in addressing user questions and issues during and after the deployment.
Maintain project documentation and records for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with scheduling and resource allocation tools.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in a legal environment (a plus).
Strong understanding of data security and privacy regulations (a plus).
