Insight Global's MedTech client it looking for an Event coordinator to help organize events, travels, and other interactions with customers for a given business unity. This person will be Coordinating visits to a cadaver lab, making hotel and facility reservations, managing healthcare compliance regulations for approval to host surgeons at meetings, coordinating with the project core teams to gather necessary documentation to get travel and services approved, putting together itineraries, and other tasks as needed. This person needs to be organized, have strong attention to detail, work well under pressure, and able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when working with customers. The Event Coordinator will need to travel to certain events as well.
