Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Histology Technician to join one of our largest healthcare clients in Indianapolis, IN. This person will be working night shift to support the Immunohistochemistry Lab. This lab mostly contains specimen that has been already diagnosed or in process. Some responsibilities may include: preparing tissue specimen for routine and/or special procedures, performing complex histological procedures, analyzing nad correcting problems, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

· Histology Technical experience - preferably within immunohistochemistry

· Science background

High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Associates Degree in Histology

· ASCP certification eligibility and/or consideration to get

Experience working with antibodies, dilutions, understanding how to take concentrate to working solution
