Job Description

Day-to-day:

* Travel between 19 local facilities

* Troubleshooting televisions within hospitals

* Some vendor management

* Installation of tech equipment

* Delivering excellent customer service to clients

* Operating a variety of AV equipment

* Setup, operation, and support of AV equipment

Required Skills & Experience

Must haves:

* Valid Driver's License

* High School Diploma

* Basic AV knowledge

* Basic network wiring skills

* troubleshooting tickets

* building and presenting PowerPoints

* Great communication/customer service skills

* General understanding of IP addresses

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

* Knowledge of Crestron

* Knowledge of Extron
