Job Description

A client of insight global is seeking a remote part time customer service associate. Hours will be Monday - Friday 5:00am est- 9:00am est



As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and coordination between our service teams, customers, and drivers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming service requests, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records. You'll be the central point of contact for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of customer service experience

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using communication tools (phones, chat, email etc.).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Logistics or Supply chain industry experience
