We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing and processing data using various systems, including spreadsheets, OneDrive, SAP, Work Management tool (Lifecycle/WMIS) and Outlook email. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and quality for our billing and revenue management processes along with field side installations for our private and public lighting department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather information from various sources, including emails from the customer and internal departments, Field Tickets, CAD drawings, and internal systems.
* Analyze and process complex data, requiring a meticulous and analytical approach.
* Work through several SAP BPIMS.
* Maintain data accuracy and integrity through comprehensive quality checks.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments.
