The Analyst, Operations Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for testing and measuring processes and their efficiency and effectiveness. This position will verify and/or confirm system calculations. The role may also assist management with other analyses including performing mathematical assessments of completion times, efficiency metrics, and other analytical assessments of workloads, workflow, and staffing requirements. In addition, this position will be responsible for Document Management which includes all aspects of the development and management of form documentation for the company's annuity business. Form documentation consists of annuity and life insurance servicing forms and new business applications and related documents, and other documents as identified. This position is crucial to standardizing the company's forms of documentation management, helping the organization achieve its vision and mission. This is a new position in the company and will review, execute and support the operational efficiency needs for the business. The position will be a part of Operational Efficiency team.
