Insight Global is looking for a Hospital Billing Certified Epic Analyst to sit fully remote supporting a large hospital system in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will spend 1/3 of their time with administrative taks such as team meetings, partnering with other team members, then eventually coaching/mentoring associate analysts, 1/3 working through incident tickets, break fixes, emergent responses, and 1/3 working through projects small and large. The projects can be anywhere from large product line installs or small as a department move. This Epic Analyst needs to possess leadership qualities and the ability to have strong, professional conversations. They may be asked to facilitate meetings with operational partners and even lead some of the small projects. Overall this individual needs to be well-rounded in experience with troubleshooting as well as project / facility implementations.

· 3+ years exp as Epic HB Analyst, post certification
· Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification
· Claims experience
· Epic Charge Router experience / knowledge
Understanding charging workflows, how charges are triggered, etc.
· Experience with project work and ticket resolution
· Good understanding in facility structure/build
Dynamic, adaptable, strong leadership qualities
