Job Description

We are looking for a driven sales manager to join an international leader in the $89+ billion-dollar janitorial services industry. In this position you will be a multi-department manager, spending your days managing and growing our sales team, overseeing operations, and guiding and growing our franchise base. We are looking for a leader with a strong sales background, skills in problem solving, time management, and prioritization, and the passion to take the office to the next level.



This position will sit fully on-site in the Indianapolis office and work within a ~45-minute geographical territory. They will be working with a team of 5 sales reps as well as 4-5 operations resources. They will be responsible for helping train and grow the sales staff, attend client meetings with sales reps on a rotational, weekly basis, and enable a dynamic sales process. This person should expect to help create and implement sales strategies and ensure all sales documentation is up to date and accurate as well as attend weekly report calls with leadership to report on sales staff.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in a Sales Management or equivalent role

College degree

Ability to work on-site

High attention to detail
