Job Description

A client of Insight Global is an e-commerce pet pharmacy/retail company in need of a customer service representative to join their existing team (6). Within this role you will be you will be responsible for provide exceptional guest experiences to customers for a variety of issues ("where is my order" "I need to cancel my order" -- real time) The ideal candidate will be someone who calm and doesn't crack under pressure, passionate about animals, and experience using Zendesk, and experience supporting digital/retail issues.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years experience as a Customer Service Representative

o Experience working with Zendesk or any other CRM platform

o Experience with MS suite (specifically MS Teams)

o Experience handling a fast moving environment (20 calls & 50 -- 60 tickets daily)

* Bilingual English & Spanish

* Prior experience working in the Pet care industry (at a minimum owning a pet or having a softness for pets)
