Insight Global is seeking a Network Engineer for a full-time opportunity with an Managed IT Services Provider. This Network Engineer can sit out of the following locations: Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; Wayne, PA; Indianapolis, IN. This person will join a team of Network Engineers that support a portfolio of clients on both a project and ticket basis. This Engineer must be comfortable traveling to client sites on an as needed basis. They will triage and troubleshoot high priority incidents and requests, and work alongside the NOC team to plan proactive maintenance of customer environments. They will also be involved in customer onboarding, and network upgrades, migrations and implementations. They will also control the operation of services related to all LANs and WANs, and upgrade network device firmware and configurations. Additionally, they will assist the Network Admin team with escalated issues.
