Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to sit onsite working for one of our largest healthcare clients in downtown Indianapolis. The main responsibility will be deploying old equipment and replacing it with new. Some additional responsibilities may include performing break fix tickets (CherWell), upgrades, service requests, troubleshooting, communicating with customers, etc. An individual must also be comfortable with occasionally lifting 50+ pounds, crawling under desks, and spending extended amounts of time on their feet. This is a first shift position 8am-4:30pm, M-F with no on call requirements.
· 2+ years basic desktop support experience - break-fixes, troubleshooting, etc.
A+ Certification
