A federal client is seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician to support unaccompanied minors at a foster care location in Indianapolis, IN. The Bilingual Lead Clinician will be responsible for providing supervision, training, and case consultation to the Clinician team.
Masters degree in social work or comparable behavioral science field from an accredited institution with 2 years of direct clinical experience.
3 years of clinical supervision experience.
Clinical experience supporting ORR programs.
Mission first mentality and care for youth and minors.
Valid professional license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC).
Valid drivers license and personal vehicle with $100k/$300k insurance minimum requirements.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours to meet program needs as needed.
Proficient use of computers, tablets, printers, and MS office suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Clinical supervision experience at a residential site or ORR programs.
