Remote Pharmacy Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a remote Pharmacy Business Analyst to sit remote for a large pharmaceutical client. This individual will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, and generating insights from data from inbound requests from internal stakeholders ranging from clinical pharmacists, sales teams, and new product development teams. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker and an expert in advanced Excel functions.



Day-to-day Responsibilities:



-Translate inbound pharmacy drug requests into actionable steps to provide the desired results.

-Use critical thinking to provide creative and insightful solutions to abstract data requests.

-Operationalize clinical decisions by building a framework and structure to the data.

-Build deep partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and expand pharmacy drug databases

-2-3 years of experience in analytical roles

-Advanced understanding of Excel in analyzing high volumes of data and identifying trends-- Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.

-Detail oriented and solution minded demeanor

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

-Previous experience in Managed Care

-Previous exposure to Pharmacy Benefit Management

-Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical terms and acronyms

-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a similar field

-Familiar with databases such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, or a similar platform
