Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Technician who will provide tier 3 support to service a client in Indianapolis, IN. The primary responsibility is to provide internal support and assist with onboarding new employees from an IT perspective. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of active directory, basic troubleshooting fundamentals, and a firm understanding of desktop hardware and software. We are looking for someone who is a go getter and is willing and eager to learn and on the job training will be available.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues (laptop, desktop, some printers in a Microsoft environment)
3+ years of experience troubleshooting tickets (they currently use Kase but if they don't have experience with that exact system that is fine)
