Insight Global is looking for a Professional Billing Certified Epic Analyst to sit fully remote supporting a large hospital system in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will spend 1/3 of their time learning about the current environment (1st year) then eventually coaching/mentoring associate analysts, 1/3 working through incident tickets, break fixes, emergent responses, and 1/3 working through projects small and large. The projects can be anywhere from large product line installs or small as a department move. This Epic Analyst needs to possess leadership qualities and the ability to have strong, professional conversations. They may be asked to facilitate meetings with operational partners and even lead some of the small projects.
