Insight Global is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to sit fully remote supporting a large healthcare client in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will be the sole CRM developer and needs to have great interpersonal and collaborative skills. The Dynamics 365 developer will be spending the first few months gaining knowledge on the current environment and supporting the stand up of projects. This person will spend a lot of time in meetings with operational teams to understand scope of development and determining how to get to production. They need to be prepared to collaborate with many other teams such as analytics, web development, epic, data architects, etc. This developer needs to be a forward thinker and always experimenting with what comes next with the CRM. The day to day responsibilities will be ever changing, so it is important to be flexible and adaptable.
· 5+ years of true software development experience (same as programming??)
· 2+ years of experience within Dynamics 365
· Experience writing in JSON and Java from scratch
· Understanding of API structure
Understanding of data integrity
· Dynamics 365 certifications
