Our client is a medium sized insurance company with around 300-500 employees headquartered in Waltham, MA. This client is rapidly growing after acquiring new companies and is looking to make a temporary addition to their talented infrastructure team to sit onsite in their Waltham office. They need help moving into their new office and this resource's primary responsibility will be moving the end users from the old environment to the their new environment. There will be manual labor involved that includes lifting and moving 50 lbs of equipment to their new office as well. This resource will need a reliable form of transportation to go back and forth from the old office to the new office. Responsibilities include: helping with the physical move of equipment, setting up work stations in the new office, providing desktop support troubleshooting for any issues that come up once workstations are moved, providing excellent communication and customer service skills to the employees throughout the move, as well as supporting some remote end users.
* 3+ years of experience with enterprise level desktop/deskside support in a Windows environment
* Basic Active Directory skills
* Experience with O365 application
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting capabilities on OSI layer 1-3
* Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
* Attention to detail for standard operating procedures, helpdesk workflows, and business committed SLAs
*Ability to lift up to 50lbs
