Our major pet pharmaceutical client and e-commerce retail supplier is looking for dynamic customer service talent to join their organization. This position will be temp to perm, starting on June 19th. This role will be using chat, email, and phone platforms to solve customer issues. Responsibilities include: Consistently provide outstanding customer service to our clients, moderating and responding to website questions and reviews, work with other members of the team to resolve complex issues, maintain an excellent working knowledge of all Allivet products, systems, and processes, and meet KPI's for your assigned role on the team.

* 2+ years of customer service experience -- IN THE PET HEALTHCARE SPACE! (or vet)

* SHARP, strong communication (written and verbal)
