An employer in the Indianapolis, IN area is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team permanently. The company is a leading expert in financing for registered investment advisors (RIAs), CPAs, and insurance businesses. The junior Marketing Coordinator will help assist their multi-media team members in all marketing strategies and implementation. Some of their responsibilities include event coordinating, where they will be researching events, building budget, registration, setting up pre-event meetings, and serve as primary point of contact for ordering and coordinating basic business needs such as stationary,
business cards, printed materials, employee nametags, and branded advertising specialties. They will need to be good with numbers working in Excel and have possessed some prior knowledge of video editing.
- 2+ years experience coordinating Marketing efforts in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Video editing experience (Adobe CS, Vegas Pro, etc)
- Marketing project manager experience
- Financial services experience
