This hybrid or remote Talent Acquisition Contractor role will be in temporary support of our talent programs to reach top tier talent for a variety of clinical engineering roles. As a contract member of the talent team, you will be empowered to continue the legacy of complete customer satisfaction and executing on the identified talent acquisition value proposition.
A day in the life would look like:
- Leading efforts in sourcing, selecting, and hiring varying levels of talent and skill levels
- Consulting and recommending based on solid people judgment and measurement of candidates to job requirements
- Leading talent initiatives recruiting specific programs and projects to advance TRIMEDX programs and supplier partnerships
- Lead strategy sessions with hiring managers to understand holistic team and position needs/requirements and establish an appropriate sourcing strategy
- Manage vendor relationships
- Maintain ISO specific standards as they relate to candidate qualification and selection practices
- Execute appropriate touchpoints with hiring managers and candidates to keep all customers up to date and informed
- Lead compensation equity discussions and manage offers to completion
- Drive continuous improvement efforts including specific system testing and implementation
