Our client is looking for an eCommerce Technical Lead to join the eComm and Mobile App team. This position is open because there is a gap between leadership and the core team. We are looking for a Lead to do high level design, set direction, brainstorm and delegate to the team, mentor and give feedback, and take business requests and more to solutions. Their digital commerce was $18mm 3 years ago and now is $375mm. They have had massive growth and are looking for someone with solid industry experience. This team is made up of 30 people in total, 11 of which are permanent employees. You will work with Finance, Order management, and Enterprise architectures teams.
* 7-10 years experience from a software development background
* Consumer eComm web-development experience
* System design experience
* React Framework
* Lighthouse\Core web vitals (optimizing UI)
o Tuning experience is a plus
* Azure cloud
* Github
* .NET ASAP/.NET Core
* CSS3
* HTML55
* API -- they stand up components and put them out on an Azure instance developed in .NET code
