Job Description

Our client is currently in process of splitting away from their previous company. As a result, they are looking to build up their team. There is the opportunity for knowledge transfer until October so this individual needs to be able to hit the ground running and learn their environment quickly. They will be a part of the delivery and design team and a big focus will be the design and build work for SharePoint.



SharePoint Online Administrator Job Description

* Managing SharePoint Online permissions, create lists/libraries, create workflows using Power Automate, document management requests, and other administrative tasks.

* Configuring external access and retention polices for security & data governance.

* Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.

* Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences.

* Develop and maintain documentation for all Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online related processes and procedures.

* Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 and checking the overall server health and functionality.



Power Platform Job description

* Delivering services and solutions using Power Platform Team like PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.

* Developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps.

* Installing and configuring of data gateways.

* Understanding Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.

* Designing end-to-end solutions that improves collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.

* Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization and low code applications.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of configuration & management experience with:

- SharePoint

o Creating and managing sites

o Deploying and configuring features

o Assigning permissions to users and groups and managing user profiles.

o Troubleshooting

- Power Apps

- Power BI

Soft skills- Able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly, customer service focused, self-driven, excellent communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exchange Online

AVD -- Azure Virtual Desktop

Experience in:

- Intune application packaging and maintenance

- PC image maintenance/updates

- PC policies (Intune configuration profiles, formerly GPO's)

- Azure AD joined devices.

- Overall Microsoft 365 environment experience
