Job Description
Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced full-stack UI developer to join their software development team. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for various business initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, with a passion for solving customer problems, pleasant to collaborate with, and constantly seeking to improve and expand their skills.
Responsibilities:
o Design, code, test, deploy, and support software for our business and commerce needs.
o Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
o Participate in code reviews.
o Participate and foster DevOps adaptation by the team.
o Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex business problems.
o Understanding and applicability of TDD and Pair programming
o Adhere to established coding standards.
o Facilitate design meetings with users, management, and architects.
o Analyze production issues to determine root cause and course of action for resolution.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices.
o Write documentation to ensure proper use of software systems.
o Adhere to IS Department policies and best practices.
o Maintain a professional demeanor.
o Work productively with all levels of clietns employees.
o Follow clients Code of Ethics and other corporate policies.
o Support production environment availability when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
o 5+ years of experience developing Angular (latest is preferred), Typescript, JavaScript
o Proven experience as a .NET Developer
o Hands on experience in SQL development
o Interfacing with REST APIs
o Knowledge of unit testing frameworks Karma, Jasmine
o SCSS, LESS, CSS3, Flexbox, Angular Materials, responsive design
o HTML5
o Understanding of version control git, Bit bucket
o Object oriented design principles and design patterns
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
o Bootstrap
o Postman
o Swagger
o Jenkins pipelines
o Scrum methodologies
