This is not a data science or modeling role.
The team needs someone who can validate and reconcile AML transaction monitoring rules as they're migrated from a legacy platform into SAS Viya. The person will spend a lot of time comparing outputs, identifying discrepancies, figuring out why differences exist, and documenting findings.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years of Data Analytics / Business Reporting experience
• Strong SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations)
• SAS (Base SAS, DATA Step, PROC SQL) OR very strong SQL and ability to learn SAS quickly
• Experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis
Ability to communicate findings to business stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AML / Financial Crime experience
• Banking or Financial Services background
• Payments data experience:
○ Wires
○ SWIFT
○ Transaction monitoring
• SAS Viya experience
• System migration experience
