Job Description
The Analytics & Data Science team is transforming from a report-production shop into an enablement platform. Instead of building every report and analysis by hand, we build the governance, the trusted data-and-metrics layer, and a catalog of specialized AI agents that let Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, the Call Center, and senior leadership answer most of their own questions in minutes — through tools like Claude and Gemini. Our mission is to automate the everyday work of analytics so the team can focus on the harder, higher-value problems.
The role
The Analytics Agentic Enablement Partner is the bridge between a business function and our AI agent platform. You embed with your assigned function, learn how they make decisions, and build and maintain the specialized 'worker' agents that answer their recurring questions — then you drive adoption so people actually self-serve. You will ship a new agent roughly every week in a fast, one-week sprint cadence, working alongside the orchestration layer owned by the Sr. Manager and VP. This is a builder role for someone who is equal parts data practitioner, prompt/skill engineer, and trusted business partner.
What you'll do
• Partner — Embed with your business function to understand its metrics, workflows, and the questions it asks most often.
• Build agents — Design, build, and ship specialized worker agents that write and execute SQL/Python against governed data and return validated results — roughly one production-ready agent per weekly sprint.
• Engineer prompts & skills — Author clear system prompts and skill files, wire the right connectors, and tie every output to certified metrics via the semantic layer.
• Ensure quality & trust — Validate every agent against the evaluation harness; test ambiguous questions and connector-failure paths; enforce PII and data-classification guardrails before an agent goes live.
• Drive adoption — Train and onboard business users, create templates and prompt packs, run demos, and provide support so self-service actually sticks.
• Close the loop — Triage medium-complexity requests, feed new agent ideas from the intake queue, and escalate technical issues and plan reviews to the team.
• Steward — Document each agent, register it in the catalog, and monitor its accuracy and usage after launch.
pay rate: $40-50/hour

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years in analytics, data analysis, BI, or a data-adjacent role supporting business stakeholders.
• Strong SQL and comfort exploring data warehouses (we use Snowflake, BigQuery, MSSQL, and Power BI).
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or similar) to get real work done — and genuine curiosity about prompt and agent design.
• Business fluency: you can translate a vague stakeholder question into a precise, well-scoped data problem — and translate the answer back into plain language.
• Excellent communication, training, and change-management instincts; you enjoy helping non-technical people succeed with data.
• A builder's mindset — comfortable shipping, iterating, and demoing on a weekly cadence.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with dbt, semantic/metrics layers, or data governance and certified-metric definitions.
• Python for data work (pandas, notebooks) and light scripting.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, or agent frameworks and evaluation/guardrail concepts.
• Domain depth in your assigned area (marketing analytics, finance/FP&A, sales, call center, or subscriptions/membership).
• Data storytelling and visualization (Power BI, or Python viz).
