Job Description
Conduct security control testing and evaluate supporting documentation and evidence
Analyze testing results and provide risk-based recommendations for remediation and process improvement
Perform enterprise risk assessments and compliance reviews
Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure governance requirements are understood and executed
Maintain and update compliance and risk information within the GRC toolset
Communicate compliance changes and testing results to stakeholders and leadership as needed

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) experience
5+ years conducting Information Security control assessments and risk assessments
4–5+ years focused on compliance testing, internal audit, or external audit activities
Experience with security and regulatory frameworks including PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, and CMMS
Strong understanding of IT processes, controls, frameworks, and operating within enterprise IT environments
Experience performing control testing, evaluating evidence, and documenting findings
Ability to independently prioritize work and execute in complex environments
