Job Description

Own design, build, and deployment of IBP product for assigned market
Act as integration point across workstreams (business, product, technical)
Translate business needs into functional product requirements and process design
Partner with architects and engineering teams to validate feasibility of solutions
Manage and evolve the product roadmap and feature prioritization
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, releases)
Drive execution across scrum teams and track delivery progress
Manage cross-workstream dependencies and risks
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption
Monitor and report on KPIs and product performance
Ensure quality of product delivery and end-user experience
Resolve conflicts and changing business priorities in a dynamic environment

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Supply Chain / Supply Planning domain expertise (IBP, demand planning, S&OP)
Hands-on experience with o9 solutions (implementation + end-user capability)
Experience with system implementation (o9 required)
Ability to create functional designs (translate business requirements into system/process solutions; no coding required)
Experience working closely with data engineers, architects, and solution architects
Strong understanding of IBP limitations and process customization for local markets
Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments (ceremonies, sprint planning, delivery)
Ability to own product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery
Experience managing cross-functional teams without direct authority
Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior leadership
5+ years in Product Management / Product Consulting / Implementation roles
CPG / demand planning experience (3+ years)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Blue Yonder (especially integration with o9)
Exposure to global IBP rollouts across markets
Background in CPG beverage industry
Experience working across multiple scrum teams simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or quantitative field
Experience balancing global product models vs. local market needs
