Job Description
This individual will oversee day-to-day accounting and controllership activities across the Americas region. They will lead close activities, review financial reporting packages, manage audit requests, monitor reconciliations, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. The role will partner closely with the Global Controller and finance leadership while mentoring accounting managers and senior accountants. They will also identify process improvement opportunities, address operational accounting issues, and help standardize accounting procedures across the region. Pay will range from 60-100/hr depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10-15 years of accounting and controllership experience
• Experience managing month-end and quarter-end close
• Experience leading accounting teams
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Audit management experience
Experience within large corporate environments
