The BMO Partners team is accountable for using strategic partnerships and investments to help accelerate our strategy and innovation and uniquely position BMO to Power Progress. As a core member of our team, you have a unique opportunity to help BMO achieve its strategy by defining and executing on product stratrgies to grow our North American payroll referral business.
BMO is seeking an experienced Product Manager to manage and support two key payroll partnership programs—one in the United States and one in Canada. This role is ideal for someone who can step into a fast‑paced, partnership‑driven environment and immediately take ownership of an established program.
The Product Manager will focus on tracking partnership performance, monitoring referrals, supporting promotional initiatives, keeping sales teams informed, managing partner communications, and driving accountability across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter who can ramp quickly and deliver value from day one.
Long-term opportunity: Upon the return of the employee currently on maternity leave, this resource may transition into broader strategic initiatives focused on partnership operations, automation, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5–7+ years of Product Management experience (open to junior candidates with strong transferable skills)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Self-starter with minimal ramp-up time
