As an Associate Product Designer at the B15 level, you will work under the guidance of senior designers, supporting and contributing to design work across enterprise dashboards and digital products. Your focus is on building and applying your craft — executing with increasing independence, contributing meaningfully within established systems and processes, and developing the skills to take on greater ownership over time.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in product, UX, or UI design; internships and structured academic projects count.
Foundational understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.
Working knowledge of Figma; eager to develop proficiency across additional tools quickly.
Detail-oriented with a genuine interest in how design decisions affect real users.
Receptive to feedback and direction; you see every review as a learning opportunity.
Good communicator within the immediate team, with growing confidence in presenting work.
Basic understanding of data visualization or a strong interest in developing this skill.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment where priorities can shift.
A portfolio demonstrating foundational UX process and thinking: academic, internship or personal projects are welcome.
Tools & Platforms:
Figma (required), PowerPoint / Microsoft 365. Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or Power BI is a bonus.
