Job Description
This insurance-focused enterprise is looking for an AI Analyst – UX/UI to join their centralized AI team supporting multiple business units. You will work closely with brokers, underwriters, and AI engineers to identify friction points and translate them into intuitive, AI-powered user experiences. The role involves conducting discovery sessions, building wireframes and prototypes (leveraging tools like Figma and emerging AI design tools), and helping move concepts from sandbox experimentation into production-ready applications.
You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with tools like internal “ChatGPT-style” assistants and AI sandbox environments, ensuring usability, clarity, and adoption across business teams. You’ll also partner with engineering to align designs with technical constraints and contribute to agile delivery through user stories and workflows.
An excellent candidate combines strong UX/UI fundamentals, hands-on prototyping experience, and working knowledge of AI (including prompt engineering), with a proactive and communicative mindset and comfort operating in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio (wireframes, prototypes, user flows)
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and other modern design/prototyping platforms
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles
• Experience conducting user discovery sessions and translating insights into design solutions
• Familiarity with AI concepts and ability to design for AI-driven interactions (LLMs, copilots, assistants)
• Experience with prompt engineering and how it influences UX/UI design
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and interaction flows in agile environments
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering)
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with AI design tools (e.g., Claude Design, v0, Lovable, or similar)
• Background in insurance or regulated industries (claims, underwriting, confidential workflows)
Familiarity collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams to put AI into production
