Job Description
A transportation client of Insight Global is looking for a designer to create 3-D solid models using CREO software. Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and
assemblies from these models as required. Create or revise 2-D AutoCAD drawings. Must be familiar with AutoCAD and CREO with excellent math skills and ability to work with minimal instructions. Capable of working in a team environment or independently in support of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance to meet Company and Industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
3+ years' Mechanical Design/Drafting experience
Ability to create 2-D and 3-D models and detailed drawings
CREO, ProE, Solidworks or any other 3D Modeling Software experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in a research environment
Knowledge of Rail/ Transportation industry.
