Lead ~20+ Salesforce developers across multiple workstreams
Operate as both hands-on technical leader + strategic owner
Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and drive delivery
Own Salesforce roadmap and platform direction
Lead Agile execution across multiple teams and coordinate workstreams
Drive platform scalability, resiliency, and engineering best practices
Navigate ambiguity and remove blockers across teams

Required Skills & Experience
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) – REQUIRED
Wealth Management / Financial Services industry experience – REQUIRED
10+ years Salesforce experience with strong hands-on development
Apex
LWC
Integrations
Platform architecture
Experience leading large Salesforce teams (15–30+ engineers) (onshore + offshore)
Proven ownership of:
Salesforce strategy
Roadmap development
Large-scale program delivery
Strong Agile experience:
Leading multiple Agile teams
Scaled Agile / SAFe exposure
Strong stakeholder communication (executive-facing)
Ability to operate in complex enterprise environments and lead through ambiguity
Salesforce certifications (expected at this level)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience driving platform resiliency and scalability initiatives
Background improving engineering maturity / delivery processes
Experience working across globally distributed teams
Large enterprise / banking environment experience
