Job Description
Sales Support (Primary – ~80%)
Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day support
Track sales activities, orders, and prepare reports
Assist with quotes and proposals
Coordinate sales meetings, calendars, and travel logistics
Maintain and update CRM (and internal systems such as SAP, if applicable)
Coordinate shipments and communication between U.S. team and Italy HQ
Support order tracking and follow-ups with customers
Marketing Support (Secondary – ~20%)
Assist with marketing materials (basic web updates, brochures, presentations)
Support social media updates and engagement
Assist with email campaigns and marketing coordination
Help coordinate events (trade shows, webinars)
Administrative Support
Manage general correspondence and phone inquiries
Maintain internal databases and documentation
Assist with office coordination tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working onsite initially (5 days/week for first 3–6 months)
Basic to intermediate Italian proficiency (ability to read/write or communicate professionally at a basic level)
No sponsorship required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Internship or prior administrative / sales support experience
Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Exposure to marketing tools or social media platforms
