Job Description
We are seeking a Change Manager to support ongoing change strategy across the Incentive Conversion and Wealth Data Foundation initiatives at the Bank. This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to align on messaging, rollout approach, and priorities. The will be responsible for the below:
Develop Training & Enablement Materials
○ Create user guides, job aids, and playbooks to support new Salesforce processes
○ Translate complex system/process changes into simple, actionable instructions for field teams
Drive Communication & Adoption
○ Support change communications to ensure clarity on “what’s changing” and “why it matters”
○ Help reinforce adoption by ensuring materials are clear, consistent, and business-aligned
Support Salesforce Process Transition
○ Assist in transitioning incentive tracking from a legacy system into Salesforce FSC
○ Help document new workflows and ensure field teams understand updated expectations
Coordinate Field Training Efforts
○ Help prepare and execute training for front-office users (advisors, sales teams)
○ Ensure teams are equipped to shift from duplicate/manual processes to the new streamlined approach
Assist with Change Readiness & Feedback Loops
○ Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify adoption risks or gaps
○ Help refine materials and approach to improve engagement and usability
Execute on Tactical Change Deliverables
○ Own and deliver day-to-day change management artifacts including:
○ Training decks
○ Communication plans
○ Process documentation
○ Ensure deliverables are completed on tight timelines leading up to go-live
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
○ Partner with business, product, and data teams involved in the transformation
Support alignment across multiple workstreams with overlapping priorities

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of Change Management experience doing the below tasks:
• Build training materials / guidebooks
• Support communications + change rollout
• Help drive adoption with field teams
• Assist with tactical delivery across both projects
- Banking/Financial Services background
CRM experience
