Job Description
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines moving data from multiple source systems into centralized data warehouses
• Perform day-to-day ETL operations using SSIS and SQL Server
• Collaborate with offshore team members, providing guidance and ensuring accountability
• Participate in CI/CD processes for deployment and automation
• Support ongoing data warehousing initiatives and operational enhancements
• Work on prioritized pipeline tasks with defined deliverables
• Contribute to data platform modernization efforts and future cloud migration

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Data Engineering / Data Warehousing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SSIS ETL
• Advanced SQL Server expertise
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience designing and moving data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses
• Strong SQL + Python skills (beyond basics, including optimization)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Kafka and/or Couchbase
• DevOps experience (automation of deployments, working in CI/CD ecosystems)
