Data Analyst (Remote 3 month Contract)
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team immediately for a fully remote 3-month contract. This role has potential for extension or conversion to full-time, but candidates must be comfortable with an initial short-term engagement.
Join the Growth Office and help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance across Sales, Marketing, and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
Build dashboards and KPIs to track Sales and Marketing performance
Automate reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau
Align metrics and data sources across Finance, IT, and Sales
Business Insights
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and growth drivers
Integrate data from systems like Salesforce, SAP, and external sources
Deliver insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
Cross-Functional Support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain
Translate data into executive-ready insights and presentations
Improve access to clean, usable data with IT and data teams
Predictive Analytics
Build models to forecast sales, retention, and campaign outcomes
Apply advanced methods (regression, time series, ML)
Identify AI/ML opportunities in forecasting and lead scoring.
Compensation for this role starts at $30/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferably in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Strong Power BI
Excel expert
Strong SQL
Python or other scripting is strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling frameworks
Experience integrating data from CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP, etc.)
Working knowledge of geospatial or demographic analytics
Understanding of marketing attribution, A/B testing, and campaign performance
analysis
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS)
