Insight Global is seeking a WebMethods / EDI Integration Specialist for a leading manufacturing and packaging industry client. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise integration solutions, with a strong focus on EDI and XML-based data exchange. The ideal candidate is a highly technical contributor who can quickly ramp up and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity is especially exciting as the organization is currently undergoing a major system integration effort following a recent acquisition. The selected candidate will help streamline integrations across platforms, implement high-volume EDI transactions, and ensure seamless connectivity between external partners and internal systems, while also advising on best practices to optimize the integration landscape.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with webMethods integration platform
• Deep expertise in EDI integrations (transaction sets, mappings, workflows)
• Experience implementing EDI documents (800–900 series), especially within 3PL/order processing
• Knowledge of standard and non-standard EDI communication protocols (e.g., AS2)
• Proven experience with XML, data transformation, and mapping
• Background in enterprise integration development and support
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5–6+ years of relevant integration experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience providing integration strategy or advisory support
• Exposure to on-site client environments
• Experience with additional integration tools/frameworks
• Familiarity with ERP environments (SAP, IFS, etc.)
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
