Prepare and compound IV medications in sterile environment
Utilize Pyxis system for medication management
Work within inpatient hospital pharmacy (NOT retail)
Stay on feet throughout shift (high-movement role)
Push/pull equipment and lift 30–50 lbs
Cross-functional team support (not siloed responsibilities)
Assist team dynamically based on workload needs

Required Skills & Experience
Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician)
3+ years Pharmacy technician experience in a hospital setting
Strong experience with:
Pyxis system
IV sterile compounding / IV prep
Comfortable with physical demands (standing, lifting, moving)
Team-first mindset (cross-functional / plug-and-play)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Exposure to chemo compounding (not required, minimal volume)
Experience in fast-paced inpatient environments
Strong professional references validating:
Teamwork
Work ethic
Adaptability
