Job Description
Organize and maintain designated returned product areas to ensure timely and accurate processing of returned product.
Issue return labels, RGA, credits and/or replacement products to support effective recall resolution
Review and respond to internal and external email inquiries related to product recalls within 24 hours of receipt
Execute and coordinate assigned steps related to sub-recall notifications in accordance with internal procedures.
Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records for each sub-recall to document compliance with established procedures
Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to applicable federal regulations and internal requirements governing product-recalls.
Work proactively and collaboratively with Quality Assurance team members and other divisional personnel to support recall execution.
Collaborate with vendors to reconcile recalled product returns and resolve discrepancies.
Provide directions to Quality Control Personnel to identify, segregate, and secure affected recalled products to ensure that it is not released for sale.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate's Degree
1+ years of relevant experience that includes customer service, documentation management, exposure to regulated processes, and operational recall responsibilities.
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions and consistently comply with established recall, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn recall tracking or internal systems.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding product recall–related inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately track returned products, issue documentation (e.g., return labels, RGAs, credits), and maintain complete recall records.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
FDA regulated industry experience.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
ETQ Reliance, SAP, Power Apps, Catalyst (warehousing and slotting), Sharesheet
Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR 806, ISO 13485
